PRIVATE LABEL services in bottles and Dip-rask

We offer production and packaging services not only according to the STM (Private Label) scheme, but also by giving – we pack a ready-made product provided by you. Our company will carefully pour, seal and paste labels on PET containers and glass bottles. At the request of the client, we will develop a label design.

We will seal your jar with a standard metal screw cap with/without vacuum control of glass jars of food products.
PVC is food grade, withstanding heat treatment (pasteurization/sterilization, hot/cold filling).
This cap is ideal for capping olive oil bottles such as "Maraska" and "Dorica", the dosage of liquid food products.
The screw aluminum cap contains a PET dispenser consisting of two parts TOTAPPO and VERSATOPE for glass containers.
For glass bottles filled with sauce, vodka, soft drinks. Torque 1.2- 1.6 Nm. Aluminium cap with gasket. Possibility with skirt.
A gasket made of foamed food grade polyethylene after capping prevents air access. Capping of "Guala" is possible.

Portion pack in Dip-pack

With the opening of the modern DANSOYPACK packaging section, we offer Dip-pack filling of portioned products in the range from 10 ml to 100 ml. Modern equipment forms, seals and dispenses liquid, foamy, viscous products with flecks. We work with honey, all kinds of soy and other sauces, wasabi.

Handy portion packs can be sealed with environmentally friendly WalkiLid paper (similar to paper cups) in addition to traditional top sealing technology with various types of foil.
